We know that in India as well as most of the developing economy are having some drawbacks like corruption and black money which is hided and possessed by the most of the influential person’s accounts in international banks.

 
During the year, 1991 India was facing very big economic crisis. That time Mr.Manmohan Singh suggested to government that to legalize the Gold if they would deposit in government bank by paying anything.

 
Similarly, the Indian Government took some decisions to run the country’s economy. Is this possible in India? Most of the important posts like Civil Servants, MP, MLA present and former as well as ministers and some of the mediocre are having a lot of illegal money but they are not able to use it directly because of taxing process as well as some constitutional reasons. But they have huge amount as well as property in India and abroad.

 Same pattern is followed in most of the African and Asian countries.
 
If really, government wants to move the market they have to give some flexibility to them to invest the money. For example, the Government should not ask queries about the source of the ill-gotten money and allow the possessors of the black money to invest their money in share, property, as well as jewellery and some other development activities.

 I hope these huge amounts shall really somehow move the sick industries, which do not have work.
